For the past five years or more I have been paying monthly subscription to DSTv. This is how they appreciate my patronage. Take my cash and give me no service.
Could it really be that the problem is from Access Bank; sending me a receipt, taking my money and not giving it to DSTv? It would not be the first time. To be frank, an Access call center agent sent me the reference number seemingly showing that the money debited from my account had been paid to DSTv but that did not stop DSTv from claiming that my payment had not reflected on their system
For the second day, DSTv continues to suspend my service. I can not remember when I ever owed this people. Yet they can not even treat me with the respect a customer deserves. I bet that they won’t do this in South Africa. I am considering options which will free me from DSTv.
